Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Change Management Senior Analyst to support Manila-based transformation initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Org Development and Leadership or another related field.
• 3–5 years of HR/OMD/CM industry experience or human capital consulting with strong knowledge of change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation.
• CM experience within a GCC or GBS location.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with cross-geography stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leverage established Change Management methodologies and tools to drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Deliver effective change plans in conjunction with the Change Lead for global functional teams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and change management plans.
• Design materials spanning a variety of methods to drive awareness and engagement across the organization.
• Plan, design, and deliver Change Impact workshops.
• Support in developing and rolling out communication strategy and training materials with Communications practitioners.
• Enable education through key learning interventions on change management.
• Work with stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding.
• Drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management process.
• Stay connected on stakeholder feedback for measuring NPS bi-annually.
