Job summary

PepsiCo in Manila seeks a Senior Transition Manager to plan and execute complex process migrations from PepsiCo business units to PCC Manila, following PepsiCo transition methodology.

You will manage multi-capability teams, maintain detailed project plans, govern meetings and reporting, and drive risk mitigation with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 9–11 years in transition management, holds a Bachelor's or Master's, PMP is a plus, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 9–11 years of experience in transition management and end-to-end ownership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium- to complex transition projects in a global environment.

Overview

The role is responsible for working with the transition lead or transition manager, PMO and functional teams to plan and execute transition of migration of the business processes from PepsiCo business unit / sector to PCC (Manila) location following PepsiCo transition methodology.

Responsibilities

• Managing medium- to complex transition projects within a multi-capability, global environment.
• Preparing, owning, and tracking a detailed project plan.
• Establishing and driving the governance cadence (meetings, reporting, decision forums).
• Monitoring progress of project deliverables (timeliness, completion status) and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Performing due diligence on transition wave scope and assessing outputs to confirm they meet detailed project requirements.
• Proactively identifying and reporting risks; working with relevant teams to ensure mitigation plans are defined and executed.

Qualifications

Experience:

Overall 9-11 years of experience. Proven experience in Transition Management owning end to end process transitions.

Education:

Bachelors or Master's Degree. PMP certification is added advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) and stakeholder management skills.
