Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Change Analyst to lead end-to-end change management initiatives across the organization. You will analyze impacts, plan and design changes, and drive implementation while ensuring adoption across processes, culture, and training.

You will facilitate stakeholder engagement, interpret data to identify trends, and build relationships at all levels. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential; knowledge of change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Technology with HR OD focus.
• Experience in system implementation and change management.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Empathy and understanding of the human side of change.
• Prosci certification is an advantage.
