Job summary

SGV & Co. in Makati invites an experienced Change Management professional to lead organizational and technology transformation initiatives.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, and adoption strategies across people, process, and technology dimensions. The role emphasizes designing communication plans, facilitating workshops, and coaching teams to achieve sustainable transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, communications, learning, workforce transformation, or consulting.
• Experience supporting technology or business transformation programs.
• Experience facilitating workshops or stakeholder discussions.
• Preferred: Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments across people, process, technology, and stakeholder dimensions to identify risks, readiness requirements, and adoption impacts.
• Develop and manage comprehensive Change Management strategies and plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness, sponsorship, resistance management, and adoption activities to support successful organizational and technology transformation initiatives.
• Design and deliver communication strategies, leadership messaging, stakeholder updates, presentations, newsletters, awareness campaigns, and other engagement materials.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, training sessions, change champion networks, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assess organizational readiness and monitor adoption, training effectiveness, stakeholder sentiment, and change performance metrics.
• Develop training strategies, learning materials, user enablement programs, and training needs assessments to support successful adoption.
• Coach associates and project team members on change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Create surveys, feedback mechanisms, and change success metrics to measure stakeholder readiness, adoption, engagement, proficiency, and overall transformation effectiveness, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and sustain outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of organizational transformation frameworks, methodologies, tools, templates, and accelerators.
