Job summary

Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Transition Manager to lead medium to complex business process transitions in collaboration with the transition lead, PMO, and global teams.

The role involves planning, governance, and delivery across multiple functions from PCC (Manila). You will own end-to-end transition activities, maintain detailed project plans, and drive risk mitigation in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 9–11 years of experience in Transition Management owning end-to-end process transitions.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree. PMP certification is added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) and stakeholder management skills.

Overview

The role is responsible for working with the transition lead or transition manager, PMO and functional teams to plan and execute transition of migration of the business processes from PepsiCo business unit / sector to PCC (Manila) location following PepsiCo transition methodology.

Responsibilities

• Managing medium- to complex transition projects within a multi-capability, global environment.
• Preparing, owning, and tracking a detailed project plan.
• Establishing and driving the governance cadence (meetings, reporting, decision forums).
• Monitoring progress of project deliverables (timeliness, completion status) and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Performing due diligence on transition wave scope and assessing outputs to confirm they meet detailed project requirements.
• Proactively identifying and reporting risks; working with relevant teams to ensure mitigation plans are defined and executed.

Qualifications

Experience:

Overall 9-11 years of experience. Proven experience in Transition Management owning end to end process transitions.

Education:

Bachelors or Master's Degree. PMP certification is added advantage.
