Job summary

Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Transition Manager to lead medium to complex business process transitions in collaboration with the transition lead, PMO, and global teams.

The role involves planning, governance, and delivery across multiple functions from PCC (Manila). You will own end-to-end transition activities, maintain detailed project plans, and drive risk mitigation in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 9–11 years of experience in Transition Management owning end-to-end process transitions.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree. PMP certification is added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing medium- to complex transition projects within a multi-capability, global environment.
• Preparing, owning, and tracking a detailed project plan.
• Establishing and driving the governance cadence (meetings, reporting, decision forums).
• Monitoring progress of project deliverables and providing updates to stakeholders.
• Performing due diligence on transition wave scope and assessing outputs against requirements.
• Proactively identifying and reporting risks and defining mitigation plans.
