Job summary

PepsiCo in Manila seeks a Senior Transition Manager to plan and execute complex process migrations from PepsiCo business units to PCC Manila, following PepsiCo transition methodology.

You will manage multi-capability teams, maintain detailed project plans, govern meetings and reporting, and drive risk mitigation with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 9–11 years in transition management, holds a Bachelor's or Master's, PMP is a plus, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 9–11 years of experience in transition management and end-to-end ownership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium- to complex transition projects in a global environment.
• Prepare, own and track a detailed project plan.
• Establish and drive governance cadence (meetings, reporting).
• Monitor progress and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Perform due diligence on wave scope and confirm requirements.
• Identify and report risks; define and execute mitigation plans.
