Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a senior transition/PMO professional in the Manila area to plan and execute migration of business processes to PCC (Manila). You will work with the transition lead and cross-functional teams in a global environment, driving governance, schedules and risk mitigation.

The role requires 9–11 years of transitions or project management experience, strong stakeholder management, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 9–11 years of experience in transitions / project management.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage change in a fluid, dynamic environment.
• Track record of successful project execution.
• Understanding of KPIs/metrics and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Working with the transition lead, PMO and functional teams to plan and execute transition of migration of business processes to PCC (Manila).
• Manage medium- to complex transition projects in a global environment.
• Prepare, own, and track a detailed project plan.
• Establish and drive governance cadence (meetings, reporting, decision forums).
• Monitor progress of deliverables and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Perform due diligence on transition wave scope and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Identify and report risks and define mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholders and communications, including escalation when required.
• Coordinate with teams to deliver service metrics, documentation and IT access/tools.
• Arrange travel logistics for transition-related travel.
• Maintain transition wave files for audits.
• Contribute to scope design and transition audits, aligning with GCC strategy.
• Support TMO activities as needed.
