Job summary

Manulife seeks a Change Enablement lead to partner with senior directors to develop and implement change strategies across projects and portfolios. You will coach project teams and change champions using structured methods and drive end-to-end change lifecycle from inception to operationalization.

You will conduct readiness assessments, design communication plans, and embed change enablement into project plans while tracking metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Enablement or related transformation work.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management (people/adoption) rather than IT change control.
• Applied structured change methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or proprietary methods).
• Strong understanding of the project management lifecycle in waterfall and agile environments.
• Ability to measure change readiness and adoption over time with metrics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management in a matrixed environment.
• Hybrid work arrangement with travel between Makati and Quezon City offices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement change enablement strategies.
• Coach project teams and change champions using a structured methodology.
• Own and drive the change lifecycle end-to-end from inception to operationalization.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments and translate into actionable plans.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation tactics; manage stakeholder resistance.
• Design communication plans and training interventions to build adoption.
• Embed Change Enablement best practices into project plans and track success metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and standards.
