Job summary

St. Luke's Medical Center is seeking a Change Management professional to execute project-specific Change Management Plans aligned with implementation timelines, facilitate impact assessments, and coordinate stakeholder engagement across initiatives.

You will support communication planning, end-user training, Train-the-Trainer activities, and go-live readiness; monitor adoption, risks, and feedback; prepare dashboards and executive updates; collaborate with partners and project teams; and

Responsibilities

• Execute project-specific Change Management Plans aligned with implementation timelines.
• Conduct stakeholder identification, stakeholder analysis, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Facilitate Change Impact Assessments and maintain impact documentation.
• Support communication planning and develop communication materials, presentations, FAQs, newsletters, and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate change readiness assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in planning and coordinating end-user training, Train-the-Trainer sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Monitor user adoption, readiness, and stakeholder feedback and recommend interventions to improve adoption.
• Track change risks, issues, resistance, and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and project teams to ensure alignment between project activities and change management deliverables.
• Support UAT preparation, Go-Live readiness activities, Hypercare communications, and post-implementation adoption monitoring.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates on change management progress.
• Support Change Champion Network activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Change Management Lead.
