Job summary

Manulife is seeking an experienced Change Enablement Lead to partner with senior leaders to design and execute cross-project change strategies. You will guide teams, assess readiness, and embed best practices across portfolios.

The role requires 5+ years in change enablement, strong people-centric expertise, and comfort operating in a hybrid setup with travel between Makati and Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Enablement or related transformation work.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management (people/adoption side).
• Experience applying structured methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
• Strong understanding of project management lifecycle in waterfall and agile.
• Ability to quantitatively measure change readiness and adoption over time.
• Excellent communication and relationship management in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement change enablement strategies across projects.
• Coach project teams and change champions using structured methodologies.
• Own and drive the change lifecycle end-to-end from inception to operationalization.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments and translate insights into action plans.
• Develop, implement, and evolve change enablement strategies and playbooks.
• Identify risks and manage resistance across stakeholder groups.
• Design communication plans and training interventions to build awareness and adoption.
