Qualifications

• 3 years combined experience in operational management and leading process improvements in insurance or BPO.
• 2 years applying OE, problem solving and project-management frameworks (LEAN, DMAIC, Data Analysis, HCD, Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum).
• At least 2 years in managing project stakeholders and delivering status updates and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by the project manager and support project deliverables.
• Conduct process discovery and walkthrough sessions for operational processes.
• Gather data to support project objectives and validate information.
• Identify process gaps and quantify impact for continuous improvement.
• Develop deliverables such as process maps, policies, data analyses, charts, and readouts.
