Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Change Enablement professional to partner with senior leaders to develop and implement change enablement strategies across projects and portfolios in a hybrid Manila-based setting. You will coach project teams and change champions using structured methodologies and own end-to-end change lifecycle from inception to operationalization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Change Enablement or related transformation work.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management (people/adoption focus).
• Proven use of structured change methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile project lifecycles.
• Ability to measure change readiness and adoption over time.
• Strong communication and relationship management in a matrix environment.
• University degree or equivalent; travel between Makati and QC; hybrid work.
