Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Manager, Change Enablement in the Philippines to lead change initiatives across projects. This individual contributor role emphasizes collaboration, coaching, and the application of structured methodologies to drive adoption and sustain transformational change.

The role requires 5+ years in change enablement, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across matrixed teams. Hybrid work with 3 onsite days weekly in Makati and Quezon City is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Enablement or related transformation work.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management (people/adoption side).
• Experience applying structured methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or proprietary methods.
• Strong understanding of the project management lifecycle in both waterfall and agile.
• Ability to quantify change readiness and track adoption over time.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated leadership presence with influence without authority.
• Hybrid work arrangement (3x onsite) between Makati and Quezon City offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the change enablement strategy across projects and portfolios.
• Coach project teams and change champions using structured methodologies.
• Own the change lifecycle end-to-end from inception to operationalization.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments and translate insights into action.
• Evolve change enablement playbooks and related tools and standards.
• Manage risk, anticipate resistance, and sustain executive sponsorship.
• Design communication plans and training interventions to build awareness and adoption.
• Report on change metrics and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization to ensure effective delivery.
