Job summary

Manulife is seeking a results-driven Project Manager in Manila to lead multiple small to medium projects from scope through delivery. You will partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define requirements, manage budgets and timelines, and mitigate risks.

You will apply SDLC and project management methodologies, ensure quality, and maintain clear communication with sponsors and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to think strategically and act decisively.
• Experience with project planning and tracking tools.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects.
• Ensure projects meet budgets and schedules while achieving objectives.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain effective communication with team, sponsors and management.
• Manage staffing needs and performance of project team.
• Liaise between project team and client groups.
