Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a Manager of Change Enablement to accelerate adoption and transformation across projects. The role involves guiding teams, conducting readiness assessments, and developing comprehensive change strategies using structured methodologies.

The position requires strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence within a matrixed organization. Hybrid work arrangement (3x onsite at Makati/Quezon City) is offered, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Change Enablement or related transformation work.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management (people/adoption) – not IT/technical change.
• Proven ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement change enablement strategies.
• Guide project teams and change champions using structured methodologies.
• Lead end-to-end change lifecycle from inception through operationalization.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments and translate insights into action.
• Design communications plans and training interventions to drive adoption.
