Job summary

10XME Technology Inc. is seeking a Business Development professional to identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires coordinating proposals, presentations, and client communications while strengthening relationships with key partners. The candidate will also oversee daily platform operations, monitor key metrics, and ensure successful execution of initiatives across Business Development, Product, and Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads.
• Lead coordination of proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
• Oversee daily platform operations to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyze engagement, completion rates, and activity levels.
• Ensure all quests are properly launched, managed, and completed according to standards.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Act as the main point of coordination between Business Development, Product, and Operations teams.
• Manage publishing, featuring, and boosting of quests based on strategic priorities.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of all live quests.
• Escalate system or operational issues and follow through until resolution.
