Job summary

Digits Trading Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee branch expansion projects across the Philippines. You will lead strategic planning, select and coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive readiness from construction to launch.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder management, and post-launch performance evaluation to ensure timely, on-brand openings with strong local visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch expansion, real estate development, or project management in retail/commercial sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership and cross‑department collaboration abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement expansion strategies aligned with long-term growth and revenue targets.
• Project Management: Manage branch expansion from site selection to opening with timelines and KPIs.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Lead selection and negotiation with contractors, architects, and vendors.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations and obtain permits.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with marketing and operations for launch readiness and branding.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales, customer satisfaction, and efficiency post-launch.
