• Implement company procedures and maintain operational standards.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and facility management where applicable.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
• Recruit, train, and manage branch staff.
• Delegate responsibilities and monitor individuals and team performance.
• Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints and service issues.
• Develop strong relationship with key clients and local partners.
• Set branch sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Identify growth opportunities within the local market.
• Promote company products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Monitor and manage branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Approve financial transactions and ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Analyze branch financial reports and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to head office.
• Ensure branch operations comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits and implements any recommendations.
• Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all required documents are collected.
