Job summary

Enable seeks a Project Specialist - Retail (Store Expansion & Store Design) to oversee growth of retail and office locations in the Philippines. Youll ensure successful openings, smooth operations, and seamless integration of new spaces into the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in retail expansion, project management or commercial fit outs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiar with store layouts, expansion processes and vendor contracts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute growth of retail/office locations and openings.
• Support admin and project teams; manage timelines and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors for construction and fit-outs.
• Maintain records, timelines, budgets, contracts, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal/ external partners to meet brand standards.
• Travel to store locations as needed and manage facility operations.
