Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Experience in large‑scale branch expansion or real estate development is essential.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills are required.

• Develop and execute branch expansion plans aligned with business growth objectives.
• Evaluate potential locations through market analysis and feasibility studies.
• Lead end‑to‑end management of branch construction, renovation, and fit‑out projects.
