Job summary

Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy in the Philippines seeks a senior business development professional to identify opportunities across assigned industries and key accounts. You will build strong relationships with end users, system integrators, consultants, contractors, and developers to grow the pipeline.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in CCTV, ICT, or technology solutions. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience handling large enterprise accounts and major projects.
• Established network among end users, system integrators, consultants and developers.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities across assigned industries and key accounts.
• Build relationships with end users, system integrators, consultants, contractors, developers, and other partners.
• Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of projects and business opportunities.
• Promote Dahua’s CCTV, access control, video intercom, display, networking, AIoT, and related solutions.
• Coordinate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Manage opportunities from engagement to closing, including negotiations and deal shaping.
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations, and visit accounts regularly.
• Develop strategic accounts and strengthen company presence in markets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates.
