Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and institutional construction sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate leads through networking, industry associations, events, referrals, and market research.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and project owners.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and capability statements.
• Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, tenders, and bids.
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering, operations, and finance teams to develop competitive bids.
• Track and report pipeline value, bid success rates, and revenue generation.
