Job summary

Dahua Technology HK Limited is seeking a pre-sales engineer in the Philippines to support sales teams, integrators, and customers with technical requirements. You will analyze needs, recommend Dahua solutions, and conduct product presentations, POCs, and testing to drive project success.

You will also prepare proposals, BOM/BOQ, and system designs, while coordinating with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Technical Support teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, ECE, or related field.
2–3 years in Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support preferred in CCTV/security ICT/ELV.
Strong ability to present, communicate, troubleshoot, and document technically.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and product pre-sales support to sales teams, system integrators, partners, and customers based on project requirements.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable Dahua products, system configurations, and technical solutions for different applications and projects.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC), testing, and technical discussions with customers and partners.
Prepare and review technical proposals, product specifications, BOM/BOQ, system designs, and other technical documentation for projects and bidding.
Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Solutions, Product, and Technical Support teams throughout the pre-sales and project development process.
Provide product training and technical enablement to internal sales teams, distributors, system integrators, and customers while supporting new product launches.
Monitor market requirements, competitor products, and technology trends, and provide feedback to support product positioning and development in the Philippine market.
