Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Relationship Manager to oversee the bank’s relationships with existing and prospective clients. You will originate deals, manage loan- and trade-related accounts, and drive revenue toward personal targets.

You will analyze portfolios, present value propositions to sales leads, and ensure full compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent client service and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
• 2–4 years’ experience in client acquisition or investments.
• Strong commercial lending experience.
• Capital market knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Solicits, develops and originates new deals and manages the loan‑and‑trade‑related relationship of the assigned portfolio.
• Analyzes current and prospective portfolio and prepares growth and profitability account strategies.
• Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
