Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in banking, with at least 5 years in an officer level role in account solicitation and relationship management principally in commercial and corporate accounts.
• With credit analysis and loan packaging skills

Responsibilities

• Maintains solid relationship with clients and communicates with key client decision makers.
• Understands clients' operations and markets through regular client contact and site visits.
• Manages a portfolio sub-set of credit-worthy accounts to influence volume and profitability.
• Varies client mix to ensure diversity of portfolio and avoid excessive concentration.
• Drives pursuit of new clients and product enhancements.
• Monitors profitability of disbursement and product usage and coordinates with teams on pricing and product mix.
• Ensures proper disposition and booking of fees and commissions within bank policies.
