Job summary

RCBC in Manila is seeking a sales-focused professional to support the branch's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. You may be assigned to Adriatico.

As a key driver, you will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, and develop effective activities to market retail banking products. A Bachelor’s degree and strong planning skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment and apply learned tools in leadership.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
