Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in account management within banking or financial services.
• Strong background in credit evaluation and financial statement analysis.
• Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and active listening.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships via regular meetings, calls, and check-ins.
• Monitor client accounts and proactively address issues to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including prospecting and engaging potential clients.
• Understand client needs and offer banking solutions across loans, deposits, trade, and treasury products.
• Evaluate client creditworthiness and prepare loan proposals with financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals and timely processing of transactions.
• Manage portfolio performance and identify early risks.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements with proper documentation.
