Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Drive end-to-end business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, solution demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
• Understand client business challenges and position tailored solutions that deliver value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract execution and handoff.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with recruitment, operations, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs related to sales performance and revenue generation.
