• 4+ years in business development and B2B sales with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience selling business solutions, outsourcing, staffing, or IT services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and qualify opportunities.
• Engage senior decision-makers with consultative selling to tailor outsourcing or workspace solutions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships to support growth and retention.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements; negotiate terms.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
