Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager in Manila to drive B2B demand for IT MSP services. You will plan and execute digital campaigns, optimize websites and conversions, and manage marketing operations under a fractional CMO, collaborating with Sales, SDRs, and Revenue Ops.

You will lead paid search and social initiatives, build targeted audiences, and coordinate content with teams while maintaining brand standards and campaign records.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on ownership of digital campaigns from planning through launch and optimization.
• Experience generating B2B demand with SDR/BDR collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of paid search and paid social with CPL optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel plans with the CMO and Marketing Program Manager.
• Build and manage email campaigns, sequences, landing pages, and promotions.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google/YouTube and LinkedIn campaigns within budgets.
• Define audiences, tests, and improvements aligned to business goals.
• Coordinate copy/creative with teams; maintain launch records and checklists.
• Maintain target account lists with Revenue Operations and Salesforce.
• Run programs to cross-sell VTG services to existing customers.
• Improve website content, landing pages, and customer journeys.
• Apply SEO, usability, and conversion best practices; communicate issues to owners.
• Evaluate marketing tools (Webflow, analytics) and assist in selecting new marketing automation.
