MicroSourcing, a leading offshore MSP in the Philippines, is hiring a Business Development Manager for onsite work in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will drive strategic outbound sales to win new accounts and mentor junior reps.

You’ll coordinate with accounts and finance, ensure contract accuracy, and lead cross-functional initiatives while enjoying healthcare from day one, performance bonuses, and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outbound sales and meeting monthly KPIs.
• Ability to coach and onboard junior sales peers.
• Attention to detail in contracts and document audits.
• Experience logging customer interactions in an enterprise CRM.
• History of meeting revenue targets.
• Knowledge of gas product constraints and safety planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive new commercial account acquisition via market research, cold calls, and email outreach.
• Oversight of multiple sales inboxes and efficient routing of inquiries.
• Maintain high-level relationships with major local and national accounts.
• Prepare complex commercial proposals and ensure GSAs processed accurately.
• Document weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity logs and lead pipeline reviews.
• Coordinate withAccounts to resolve payment issues and manage credit flags.
• Support safety alignment through risk assessments and PTW protocols.
