MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City invites you to apply for the People & Partnerships Manager role. You will oversee client operations, support setup of Philippines operations, and drive growth while ensuring site delivery.

You will lead the P&P team of Account Managers and Specialists, mentor staff, manage budget and site health, safety, and regulatory compliance. This is an onsite role with shifting schedules.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate studies advantageous.
• 1–3 years experience as Operations Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee client-specific operations and ensure quality service delivery.
• Lead a team of Account Managers and Specialists and develop them.
• Drive growth by expanding client operations and improving processes.
• Ensure site health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgeting, billing inputs, and site upkeep.
