Job summary

MicroSourcing, located in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking a Business Development Representative for a hybrid, day-shift role. You will support BD strategy, reach out to prospective clients via calls and emails, and prepare materials for client meetings while maintaining CRM records.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s in International Business and strong English/Tagalog communication, with a focus on teamwork and proactive learning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, professional telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog.
• Positive, proactive, eager to learn, team player.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of business development strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and marketing inquiries.
• Prepare presentation decks, proposals, and supporting materials for client meetings.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails to maintain engagement with prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve business development objectives.
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
