MicroSourcing is seeking a Business Development and Client Solutions Specialist in Manila, onsite at Mall of Asia, Pasay City. You will pursue new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and tailor solutions to address their needs.

You\'ll partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, manage pipelines, and contribute to growth targets through proactive engagement and relationship building with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, or a related field, with a track record of achieving growth objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and Engagement: Proactively contact small and large businesses through calls, SMS, and emails to introduce our services and set the stage for meaningful partnerships.
• Lead Generation: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of lead generation strategies across diverse platforms and methods. Employ innovative techniques to identify potential business opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients by providing tailored solutions that meet their needs, thereby fostering long‑term collaborations.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities. Use data‑driven insights to refine approaches and achieve targets.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and client satisfaction.
