MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. This onsite role focuses on acquiring new commercial accounts through market research, outbound outreach, and strong pipeline management.

You will mentor junior reps, manage multi-channel inquiries, protect key portfolios, and collaborate with finance to resolve payments.

Qualifications

• Proven success in cold calling and meeting monthly KPIs.
• Ability to coach, shadow, and onboard junior sales peers to improve conversion rates.
• High attention to detail for legally binding Gas Supply Agreements and client applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive new commercial account acquisition through proactive market research, cold calling, and strategic email outreach.
• Lead management of multiple sales inboxes and routing optimization to regional branches.
• Maintain high-level relationships with major local and national accounts; act as escalation point.
• Prepare complex commercial proposals and ensure timely processing of GSAs.
• Compile weekly/monthly/quarterly activity logs and lead pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with Accounts Department to resolve payment issues and manage credit flags.
