Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth for payroll and HRMS solutions. The role targets enterprise and mid-market accounts, developing strategies to win and expand within the Philippine corporate landscape.

The successful candidate will build executive-level relationships, negotiate deals, and drive client acquisition while strengthening the company’s presence in HR technology and SaaS communities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Extensive local market experience in the Philippines preferred.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Filipino with excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales and business development to generate new clients and revenue.
• Identify, target, and acquire enterprise and mid-market accounts across industries.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with growth objectives and targets.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
• Present Payroll, HRIS, and HRMS solutions to executives and decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations, proposals, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Foster strategic partnerships and represent the company at events and networks.
• Provide market insights and collaborate with teams to ensure client onboarding.
