Job summary

YAHSHUA Outsourcing Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Officer to drive client acquisition for our HRIS and Payroll solutions.

The role centers on generating new B2B partnerships through proactive prospecting, relationship development, solution presentations, and successful deal execution. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or HR tech, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for field engagements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT solutions, HR technology, or similar industries.
• Solid understanding of the sales cycle with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly for field engagements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, outreach efforts, and client visits
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor solutions
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to negotiation and closing
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage retention and repeat business
• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and post-sales processes
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and field engagements
