Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales within the software or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of software sales cycles (SaaS, cloud, customized solutions).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate business value.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Promote and present the company's products or services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and other required sales documents.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients within company guidelines.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and pending sales transactions.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Prepare sales reports and update customer records regularly.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
