Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive client acquisition and revenue growth through effective outbound and inbound sales strategies. You will manage leads, initiate the sales cycle, and collaborate with marketing to penetrate accounts.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, plus the ability to qualify leads and maintain accurate records. A proactive, agile approach to tasks is essential for meeting targets.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or IT related field.
• 2+ years in sales development, telemarketing, or similar roles, IT solutions focus.
• Familiarity with IT solutions and business cases.
• Strong research and analytical skills; able to work with cross-functional teams.

• Build a sales funnel through cold calling, emailing, and lead-generation activities (Outbound Sales).
• Handle inquiries and nurture client relationships (Inbound Sales).
• Qualify leads by identifying decision makers and requirements.
• Understand and pitch the company’s IT solution portfolio across channels.
• Stay updated on portfolio development and improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to craft account-penetration strategies and materials.
• Initiate the client acquisition cycle and hand over qualified leads to BD managers.
• Maintain and update the lead generation database with accurate client profiles.
