Job summary

Asahi Holdings Southeast Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive the growth of its premium beer portfolio in the Philippines. Based in Manila, you will expand distribution, manage key customers and trade partners, and ensure strong execution of brand initiatives across the market.

You will lead on-trade sales to hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs and premium dining venues, while collaborating with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver commercial plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in FMCG/beverage/hospitality sectors.
• Strong on-trade sales and account management experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of Philippine FMCG/beverage market.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and distribution of premium beer portfolio across assigned channels in the Philippines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, wholesalers and trade partners.
• Lead on-trade sales across hotels, restaurants, bars, pubs, clubs and premium dining venues.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand customer and distribution networks.
• Execute trade promotions, activations, and visibility initiatives aligned with brand strategy.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer developments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain for effective execution of commercial plans.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, stock, and order fulfilment.
• Conduct market visits to ensure strong sales execution and brand visibility.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market insights to management.
• Support the Sales Manager in developing and coaching the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine regulatory requirements.
