Job summary

A leading company in the food and beverage industry in the Philippines is looking for a Key Accounts Supervisor to manage and develop on-premise alcohol accounts. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 2 years of experience in sales, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves negotiating agreements, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring product availability in various establishments. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of solid experience in sales and account management, preferably in the F&B or beverage industry.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Holder of professional driver's license codes 2 and 3; Considered 1 and 2 if willing to upgrade prior to regularization.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new outlets, identify business opportunities, and expand product availability.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and trade terms.
• Monitor and execute KPIs (sales, volume, productivity, availability).
• Conduct in-store inventory checks and ensure compliance with order quantities.
• Facilitate smooth interactions with internal functions.
