Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years in E-Commerce, Partner Management, Commercial Operations, or Growth Strategy.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Adaptable, fast learner, results-driven, and a resilient team player.
• Experience in performance tracking, data interpretation, and conducting business reviews.
• Proven track record of building and managing agency or partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Agency Development & Ecosystem Building: Lead development of enablers/agencies (TSPs); drive knowledge-sharing and capability-building; ensure ecosystem health and partner alignment; serve as primary contact for agency partners.
• Revenue & Growth Management: Drive revenue growth via agency-led programs; identify opportunities by aligning agencies with high-potential merchants; conduct business reviews and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Merchant Acquisition & Support: Build TSPs as acquisition engine for online merchants; coordinate with agencies to match sellers with partners; assist merchant enablement and manage offline events to boost visibility.
