Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a results-driven team member to accelerate merchant growth and enhance customer experience on our fashion marketplace. You will acquire and incubate brands, nurture relationships, and negotiate deals aligned with campaigns or seasonal goals, while driving program-based merchant management to improve conversion and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or above.
3+ years of experience in e-commerce industry.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail with strong numerical/analytical ability.
Good team player, fast learner and adaptable to change.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants that contribute large GMV share.
Build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality.
Discover new collaborative opportunities and build JBPs with merchants.
Maintain service quality to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
Manage merchants by leveraging incubation and management programs and tools.
