Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of strategy and operations, management consulting, business strategy, e-commerce, internet, or tech-related industries.
• Proven experience leading strategic projects from problem identification to execution with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills for breaking down complex challenges.
• Proficient in data analysis and BI tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth, operational excellence, and priority alignment.
• Manage end-to-end business projects including process optimization and cross-functional GTM initiatives.
• Partner with regional Product and Operations teams to define requirements and influence roadmaps.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify performance gaps and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
