ByteDance is seeking a strategic and data-driven professional to lead high-impact initiatives in a fast-growing tech environment in Metro Manila. You will partner with regional Product and Operations teams, define requirements, influence roadmaps, and drive end-to-end execution of initiatives that accelerate business growth.

You will analyze performance data, identify gaps, design scalable solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic priorities in a dynamic market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and BI tools (Excel/SQL/Tableau/Power BI).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Manage end-to-end projects including process optimization and GTM initiatives.
• Partner with regional Product and Operations to define requirements and influence roadmaps.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify gaps and support decisions.
