Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve performance and develop improvement plans.
• Monitor KPI performance of BPO vendors against targets.
• Ensure SOPs, training materials, and frameworks are in place.
• Share performance reports with the BPO on a weekly basis.
• Capture action items, assign owners, and track completion.
• Optimize processes based on internal and external feedback.
• Review escalations and provide feedback to the BPO team.
• Coordinate go-to-market alignment with country/regional regulations.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions on SOPs and product updates.
• Support bug issues reported by the BPO and coordinate troubleshooting.
