Job summary

ByteDance's GKA Global Partnerships team in Manila seeks an experienced partnerships professional to recruit and manage top global brands, coordinate cross-market strategies, and drive GMV-oriented solutions.

You will collaborate with international brands, agencies, and retailers, crafting persuasive presentations and strategies. Travel abroad may be required to foster collaboration and expand market entry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and above; 5 years+ work experience; Proven experience working with global brands, agencies, and/or eCommerce platforms' key accounts solutions.
• Strong capabilities in relationship building; Able to produce effective presentations and influence clients.
• Solid understanding of social/livestream e-Commerce and content marketing.
• Willingness to travel abroad for business.

Responsibilities

• GKA services and expansion: Recruit and nurture long-term relationships with top global brands; build and shape strategy, brand mapping, and success metrics.
• Planning & Execution: Produce GMV-oriented solutions; design processes; summarize conclusions into documents and presentations.
• Analyzing business settings & objectives: Improve seller experience; identify product/service improvements; monitor progress; analyze outputs for results.
• Build communication mechanisms: Maintain alignment with clients and internal teams; consult with country Account Managers to enhance performance.
