Job summary

CTI is seeking an Acquisition Manager in Metro Manila to drive corporate growth by leading business development initiatives, managing key client accounts, and guiding the Client Success team to secure new partnerships and sustain revenue expansion.

Responsibilities include sourcing new corporate accounts, developing proposals, managing client success, and leading QBRs to identify growth opportunities, while ensuring SLAs are met and cross-functional alignment is maintained.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with travel booking platforms or corporate travel solutions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source, pursue, and close new corporate accounts.
• Develop customized proposals leveraging CTI’s services and solutions.
• Analyze market trends and build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
• Supervise Client Success Managers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to identify expansion and growth opportunities.
• Monitor SLAs and respond to client concerns in a timely manner.
• Mentor and guide Client Success Managers to achieve performance targets.
• Promote collaboration across departments and teams.
• Ensure alignment between Business Development, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Deliver on portfolio revenue and profitability targets.
• Support the development and implementation of performance-based incentive programs.
