Role Overview

The Acquisition Manager drives CTI’s corporate client growth by leading business development, account management, and the Client Success team to secure partnerships and sustain revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Acquisition
• Identify and close new corporate accounts.
• Create tailored proposals using CTI’s services and tools.
• Research market trends and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Account Management & Retention
• Lead Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct QBRs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor SLAs and address client feedback promptly.

• Leadership & Team Management
• Coach and motivate CSMs to meet goals.
• Foster collaboration across teams.
• Align communication between operations, finance, and BD units.

• Performance & Revenue Targets
• Achieve portfolio revenue and margin goals.
• Help develop performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills.
• Familiarity with travel booking tools or corporate travel solutions is a plus.
